Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "66kbd" refers to the platform operating at https://66kbd.io, including all associated games, services, payment systems, and customer support functions.
• "Platform" means the 66kbd website, mobile browser interface, and any associated applications or services provided under the 66kbd brand.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the 66kbd platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses 66kbd services and manages their balance.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, as displayed in the Account dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or loyalty rewards credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which 66kbd confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transaction currency on the 66kbd platform.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 66kbd enforces this restriction at the registration stage, at the KYC verification stage, and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one active Account on the 66kbd platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 66kbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate balances representing bonus-derived funds.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent points when 66kbd requests updated information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account closure.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Players accessing 66kbd from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. 66kbd accepts no liability for Players who access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 66kbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or operate your Account, or use another Player's Account under any circumstances.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact 66kbd Support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@66kbd.io (plain text — not a link). 66kbd will take prompt action to secure the Account. 66kbd shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to the receipt of a valid notification of unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

66kbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 66kbd may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3.4 Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting 66kbd Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. 66kbd may close an Account without prior notice where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory obligation.

Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

66kbd currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to credit during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. 66kbd does not impose deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply transaction charges in accordance with their own terms.

4.3 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the 66kbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Where a payment provider processes a transaction in an alternative currency, the exchange rate applied will be that provider's prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, and any resulting conversion difference is the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC identity verification, have a verified payment method on their Account, and whose Account balance includes real-money funds available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirement are not available for withdrawal and will not be included in the withdrawable balance calculation.

5.2 Processing Times

66kbd targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for approved requests submitted via bKash or Nagad. Actual crediting times may vary depending on your payment provider's processing schedule. 5.3 Withdrawal Fees

66kbd does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. Your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their terms of service. 66kbd will clearly indicate if any platform-side fee applies to a specific withdrawal type before the transaction is confirmed.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, 66kbd reserves the right to require that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where the original payment method is no longer available, 66kbd may request additional documentation before approving an alternative withdrawal channel.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by 66kbd are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, time limits for fulfilment, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting offers), and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise in an offer's individual terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse and Collusion

66kbd actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on opposite outcomes to minimise risk whilst fulfilling wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hedging"), coordinating wagers across multiple accounts, creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, and systematic exploitation of reload or cashback offers. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and possible permanent account closure.

6.4 Loyalty Program

The 66kbd Loyalty Program operates under separate terms available on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points and tier status are awarded for real-money wagering activity and are subject to the earning rates, redemption rules, and tier maintenance requirements set out in those terms. Loyalty benefits form part of your overall 66kbd account relationship and may be modified in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity and RNG

7.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, platform error, or network interruption during an active game session, 66kbd's policy is as follows: if a wager was placed and the outcome cannot be determined due to the error, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Account. If the outcome was determined prior to the error but could not be displayed, 66kbd will review server-side game logs to establish the correct result and settle the wager accordingly. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous display of game results (such as a software bug showing an incorrect payout multiplier) are not valid and will not be honoured.

Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A sports bet is only confirmed once 66kbd's system has returned a "Bet Accepted" confirmation to the Player. Bets placed during a period of odds suspension, technical disruption, or after the applicable market has closed are void and the stake will be returned. 66kbd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed during live in-play markets where the real-time state of the event is uncertain.

8.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds displayed on the 66kbd platform are indicative until a bet is confirmed. Markets may be suspended at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breaking news affecting the event, scoring or wicket updates during live play, injury to key participants, or regulatory instruction. 66kbd's trading team sets and manages all odds and market availability for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODIs, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other covered sports.

8.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition as determined by the sport's governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, BCCI, etc.) or the statistics provider designated by 66kbd. In the event of a discrepancy between live score data and the official result, the official result governs settlement. Bets on abandoned or cancelled events are void and stakes are returned, unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules available on the platform.

8.4 Palpable Errors

66kbd reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous ("palpable errors"), including situations where odds were published due to a data feed error, human input mistake, or technical fault that resulted in odds materially different from the fair market price. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts reviewed under Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct).

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66kbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in enforcement action as described below.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with bets placed on 66kbd.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting requirements, or using the 66kbd platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

• Impersonating another Player, 66kbd staff, or any third party in connection with platform activity.

Limitation of Liability

66kbd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from use of or inability to use the platform, game malfunctions, payment delays, or any other platform-related event.

66kbd does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary service unavailability. 66kbd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

Privacy and Data Protection

66kbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 66kbd.io/privacy-policy and forms part of the overall contractual relationship between 66kbd and each registered Player. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data provided during registration and KYC verification is used to manage your Account, process transactions, fulfil regulatory obligations, and deliver customer support. 66kbd applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmissions and follows industry-standard data storage security practices. 66kbd does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 66kbd holds its international operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 66kbd, the Player is encouraged to contact the 66kbd support team in the first instance to seek resolution. 66kbd commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body applicable under 66kbd's operating framework.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
